In accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, FidelyStamp recognizes your right to know, update, correct, and request deletion of your personal data.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to access your personal data held by FidelyStamp, request corrections to inaccurate data, request deletion of your data when no longer necessary, and revoke your authorization for data processing.
You may also request that your personal data no longer be used for advertising, commercial prospecting, or artificial intelligence model training where such restriction is legally applicable.
Purposes and business access
FidelyStamp and business clients may process customer data to operate loyalty programs, deliver rewards, send authorized campaigns, improve customer relationships, improve service quality and experience, analyze loyalty activity, measure satisfaction, and provide support.
Business clients may access customer data within FidelyStamp only for authorized purposes and must obtain and preserve the authorizations required under applicable data protection rules.
Artificial intelligence
FidelyStamp may use anonymized, aggregated, or pseudonymized data to develop, train, evaluate, and improve artificial intelligence models, analytics, recommendations, fraud prevention, personalization, and platform quality systems.
Business clients may opt in or opt out of allowing data associated with their business account to be used for artificial intelligence model training. This does not limit the individual rights of data subjects.
How to exercise your rights
You may exercise your data rights by contacting us through our contact page. We will respond within the timeframes established by Colombian law.
If deletion is legally applicable, technical deletion or anonymization may take up to thirty (30) business days after the request has been validated, unless a legal, contractual, accounting, security, or dispute-related obligation requires certain information to be retained.
